This lead member comes to TGC Commercial & Residential Real Estate as an alumnus of Professional Secured, where he participated in $17.3 billion of investment sale underwriting on over 300 retail, office, and industrial properties nationwide.
With expertise in analyzing lease agreements, operating financials, financing instruments, and structured CAM reconciliation schedules, he developed proprietary cash flow and valuation models for marketing sale and financing transactions to institutional investors.
He was the lead underwriting analyst on over $600 million of these transactions, with contributions including sensitivity, joint venture, development and leveraged analyses to provide transaction advisory services for his clients. With a particular focus on the retail sector, Keith had been a dedicated analyst underwriting $4 billion of high-profile assets, with significant experience in development incentives like Government Property Lease Excise Taxes and Sales Tax Reimbursements.
He is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business as the University of Southern California, with a concentration in real estate finance and development. Concurrent with his studies, Andrew got his start in the industry by assisting an MAI appraiser on over 300 residential, commercial, and special use property valuations for lending purposes.
